With more than eight years of personal training experience and a world championship in drug-tested powerlifting, Matt brings practical experience to individualized strength, sports performance, and corrective exercise programs.

His coaching approach is straightforward: understand your goals, build a clear plan, and make consistent progress together.

Do I need training experience?

No. Programs are designed around your current experience, from beginners to competitive athletes.

What happens at the assessment?

You'll discuss your goals, training background, and movement needs so Matt can recommend a suitable starting point.

Do you train athletes?

Yes. Sports performance programs can focus on strength, power, speed, agility, and conditioning for your sport.

Can I train online?

Online coaching provides personalized programming and guidance when you can't train in person. Subscribe through PayPal for $250 per month, billed automatically each month with no setup fee. Contact Matt with questions before signing up.

What is corrective exercise?

Corrective exercise focuses on movement quality, mobility, stability, and muscular balance. It is fitness coaching; medical concerns and injuries should be evaluated by a qualified healthcare professional.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are accepted through Venmo or PayPal. Use the Pay with Venmo or Pay with PayPal button to open the payment page, then pay the agreed amount and include the service name in your payment note.

How much does training cost?

Online coaching is $250 per month. Adult one-on-one personal training is $70 per hour; corrective exercise or sports performance is $100 per hour. Youth in-person rates are $35 per hour for personal training and $50 per hour for corrective exercise or sports performance.
